Caprino silano bio is made only with goat’s cheese, curd and salt. Its first color is white, but then it turns to yellow thanks to its seasoning which reveals its particular aroma. Excellent from an organoleptic point of view, it’s a source of proteins and vitamins, and it’s highly digestible.
Caprino silano bio has an intense taste, like the other goat’s dairies. It is delicious with other delicate and yummy tastes, including the citrus ones. Excellent if combined with Gulia’s Clementine jam or Orange and Ginger jam, or with Gulia’s blackberry jam.
