This kind of grape is called “strawberry grape”, and it has some peculiarities which makes it be different from other grapes. Its leaves are large and dark green coloured, while its bunches are heavy and full of small and sweet berries, which remind strawberry’s sweetness. This grape is a source of polyphenols, antioxidants, sugars such as mannose, levulose and glucose, and has an important percentage of minerals such as potassium, iron, calcium, phosphorus, iodine. Like the other kinds of grape, it contains vitamins A,B, and C.
