Calabria is an Italian region which has a considerable variety of Olives. Calabrian olives have important organoleptic qualities and nutritional values. They also have antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits , thanks to a phytonutrient which lows calcium sediments in bones and prevents osteoporosis.
